This number has been ringing me up saying they’ve got some info about a crash I was in. I asked them to clarify which one - which seemed to catch them off guard. Told them I’d had a few accidents and they’d better know exactly which one they meant. After a bit of awkward fumbling where they tried to cow me, I repeated that they needed to be clearer since I’ve had multiple incidents. Eventually, they just hung up. Got a call from this number today, 30/06, but I didn’t pick up as it looked unfamiliar. After looking it up on this site, I thought about ringing back. Turns out it’s just another scam, pretending to offer help with accidents. I haven’t had any accidents myself, but if I did, I’d definitely go to a proper company or consult a lawyer instead.

I got a call from a guy who asked for me by name, which freaked me out a bit. When I asked what it was about, he said it had to do with a claim linked to a small road accident, apparently handled by some company (I didn’t catch the name). I keep getting calls from this number and I have no idea how they got hold of my phone number. Every time I answer, they just end the call. Can someone please block this number? It’s really annoying.

Around 6:45 in the evening, I got a call from this local number, so I picked up. The guy on the other end couldn’t say my name properly, which gave me the impression it was one of those sales calls. I said as much, but he insisted it wasn’t. Honestly, he sounded a bit intoxicated. When I told him I was going to hang up, he just went “bla bla bla” and then made a silly noise down the line. So ridiculous!

Got a call from a bloke using this number. I’ve had loads of calls from them before and always ignored, but today I decided to pick up. He claimed I had been in an accident and wanted my personal info (I haven’t been in any accident!). I asked for his name - he said Rashid - then I asked for his date of birth, postcode and the first line of his address. As you’d expect, he just hung up! On another occasion, I started singing out loud when they called - that seems to put them off too!

They called me about an hour back. After bombarding me with loads of questions which I wasn't having any of, I asked him what he was wearing. He replied that it was none of my business, so I shot back with "Well, mine's none of your business either!" and he hung up pretty sharpish.

Got a call from 023 8017 0399, Southampton area, and when I said yes to the name they asked for, they just laughed and ended the call. Then, about five minutes later, they rang again but dropped the call as soon as I picked up!

They were really impolite. They called and wanted to talk to me, but when I asked what it was about, they just said it was some information they needed to talk over. I asked them what information exactly, and then abruptly they just hung up on me. Proper rude behaviour!

This number has rung me way too many times, so before blocking it I told whoever was on the line to pay close attention, to which they said "Alright". Then I grabbed my whistle and gave it a good blast right into the phone. I swear I heard them say "Ow" before I hung up.
