She sensibly stated that she wouldn't part with any cash until receiving proper documentation in the post to review. However, nothing has arrived. Now, they’ve rung again, threatening to hand her over to a debt collection agency as they allege she consented to a verbal agreement on the phone. She certainly did not agree to anything of the sort. This whole ordeal has placed an enormous burden on her, particularly as she is currently undergoing tests for multiple sclerosis.
