Picked up the phone right away, like after just a couple of rings, but as soon as I did it just hung up on me. I was a bit intrigued so I called back. At first, there was some weird crackling noise and then a mechanical voice said my call was important and to keep waiting for an agent. I ended up hanging up straight away since it's obvious they're cashing in the longer you stay on hold.
