The guy claimed I had some money waiting from my claim (I did have one open with another firm that just went under) but I’d need to pay a fee into their bank account first. I asked him to email me the details, and he sent it straight away. He said he was with ‘Queensback’. When I checked the company reg number on Google, it came up for ‘QueensbEck’ instead. I then rang Queensbeck through their official website and the woman told me they’d had numerous reports about this scam and it was definitely a fraud. Apparently, the real Queensbeck have reported 'Queensback' to Action Fraud already. I’m going to report them too.
