I kept asking who he was, but he started getting really mad and snapped, "It’s a straightforward question!" So I cheekily said, "Well, so is mine." On 12th August 2020, I got a call on my mobile from a woman with a Scouse accent. She asked for me by name, then mentioned something about lowering my Life Insurance costs. She wanted to confirm my postcode, then asked if it was related to a mortgage or some inheritance. I told her she should’ve already had that info. She said it was for security reasons, but I wasn't convinced. When she asked how much I was paying monthly, I gave her a totally false amount on purpose. She just hung up after that.
