I received a rather suspect call from someone with a rather distinct Indian accent who claimed his name was Rodney (what a laugh!). He warned me that if I didn’t cough up some cash, all my internet gadgets would be cut off. Naturally, I hung up the phone. However, he persisted with endless calls until I finally decided to block him. Funny thing is, every single one of my devices continues to function perfectly.

Some bloke with a thick foreign accent rang saying he was from the 'telephone preference company', but as soon as I chuckled, he just hung up on me.

Heard a load of typical call centre nonsense, then the line just went silent.

A chap claimed he was representing the do not call register and introduced himself as "Norman." He then started probing for my credit card information. I mentioned that my missus had my wallet at the moment, and without a second's delay, he cut the call. Quite the dodgy character, if you ask me!

I've had a flurry of 8 calls in just a couple of days after an Indian chap rang me up, inquiring if I was having issues with pesky overseas pranksters. I chose not to engage in a conversation with him.

Today, the 1st of October 2018, I've been bombarded with six calls from that number! They just keep ringing off the hook, even when I choose not to pick up. It’s relentless!

I received a call from what they claimed was a 'call blocking agency' down under, insisting they needed to confirm my phone's registration on their blocked list. Quite dodgy, if you ask me. They requested my debit card details for verification, which set off alarm bells. One chap went by the name 'Peter Gordon', but the others wouldn't even share their names-definitely not what you’d expect from a professional outfit. I’ve made sure to report this nonsense.
