I picked up the phone and a woman with an Indian accent was quiet for a good while before she asked if I was "Mr X" - she obviously had my name already. I said yes, and then she started fumbling, trying to say something like "I'm calling on behalf of, um..." but she couldn't even finish the sentence without hesitating loads. It annoyed me how she kept stammering and going "um... um..." all the time. I told her "Could you please just get to the point? I'm quite busy," and then the call just dropped. Really top-notch professionalism from these folks, huh?
