Got called a couple times today by someone who sounded Asian and definitely didn’t speak English as their first language. Keep in mind, most of these calls are from India, where parents can be super pushy and Bollywood is everywhere. Since there aren't loads of jobs on the railways or in acting, apart from the oldest job in the world, the big career highlight for many seems to be working in a call centre.
