It's definitely a scam! Even though I haven't set up my voicemail yet, I keep receiving alerts from a certain number claiming that I have voicemail. In the end, I gave in and decided to call the 707 number to check it out. However, they informed me that I needed to set up my voicemail, and I immediately hung up. Shockingly, I got charged for calling them! The whole idea behind this scam is to trick you into calling with the promise of a voicemail but then charging you for every second you stay on the call, regardless of whether you have a voicemail set up or even listen to it. This is an absolute scam orchestrated by Vodafone to drain your credit in order to make you top up more.
