Really bad experience. They claimed to be from BT and warned they'd cut our service off. I’m definitely gonna get in touch with BT to report it. If you get such a call, just answer with a recorded voice or don’t even bother, better to hang up and block the number straight away so they don’t get any chance.

Got a call early today around 10am from 021309045632, they mentioned it was a follow up from a call I missed yesterday afternoon. The caller was quite pushy, claiming my broadband would be disconnected for 20 days unless they accessed my PC to sort out an issue. I told them to buzz off. Wondering if this is a UK Vodafone number because of the 021 prefix, or if it’s from abroad, maybe Karachi?

Got a call from someone saying they were from BT around 8 in the morning. They were quite pushy and said they’d cut off my internet if I didn’t sort things out. Really aggressive about it.

Got a call from a woman who sounded Asian, and you could hear a whole lot of chatting behind her like she was in some call centre. She started telling me my broadband might've been hacked and asked me to turn on my computer. I told her I'd only do that if she could answer some basic security questions first, and she said fine. As soon as I asked her to confirm the home address she'd got on file for me, she just cut the call. Totally a scam - definitely block this number!

Got loads of calls from someone pretending to be BT internet. Proper pushy bloke who kept threatening to cut off my broadband! Such an annoying way to do things.
