Absolutely a scam, nothing to do with BT, just a trick to get access to your computer, passwords, or banking details. Best to just ignore and not pick up.

Got a call earlier at 1:18 pm from a lady with an Indian accent, struggling with her English. She claimed to be from BT, saying my computer had errors and asked me to switch it on so she could help fix it. I just ended the call.

This number has rung me up three times already, always close to 11 at night. It usually rings about 8 times and then ends up going to voicemail, but I've never found any message left.
