For the last three days, I've had about 11 missed calls from numbers beginning with +211 16 000 - the last four digits keep changing every time. It shows up as coming from South Sudan on my phone. The phone rings twice then stops, and when I try to call back, I get some automated voice. Don't bother calling them back! I checked with 02 and apparently, you get charged extra if you answer or ring them again.
