Right at the start, this robotic voice came through saying "this is your bank..." but didn’t actually say which bank, which immediately set off alarm bells for me. Then it mentioned something about two payments I supposedly made, one supposedly to Amazon... I didn’t hang up straight away, but soon as I figured it was dodgy, I cut the call. Definitely felt like a scam trying to fish for info.
