I got a voicemail from someone claiming to be "from BT" but it sounded all stiff and overly polite, kinda like those announcements you hear on the Tube. The message warned me that both my broadband and phone line with BT would be cut off the next day. Then it asked me to press 1 if I wanted to reconnect or 2 to talk to an engineer. It’s obvious this is dodgy and probably some scammer or a dodgy company trying to hijack BT customers.
