total scam! got an automated call about some amazon purchase for £687, something about a macbook pro needing to be approved. the message told me to press 1 to talk to someone about the payment. complete rubbish.

Got a call from a woman’s robot voice saying it was Amazon, and that I’d supposedly authorised a £687 payment for some Amazon service. It told me to press 1 if I hadn’t made that payment. I just hung up straight away and blocked the number since Amazon told me they don’t do calls like that at all.
