Got a call from an asian guy who said his name was Kevin. He had my name, my address and even my postcode (surely got it from some mailing list he bought). After he said hello, he asked if I owned my place, rented from the council or was a private tenant. When I asked why he wanted to know, he just cut me off and ended the call. Not really sure what the deal was about.
