The number 01133280222 has rang me twice within just an hour and honestly, it’s getting annoying. When I spoke to the guy (had a Pakistani accent), I told him I don’t drive and never had any accidents, so he should remove my details. But he kept insisting that I was in an accident a couple of years ago, like I’ve got some memory problem or something. I said I was recording the call because it felt dodgy, then he just cut me off. Proper frustrating!

I received a call purporting to be from a UK Accident Helpline. Naturally, I enquired how they obtained my number given that I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). To my surprise, she abruptly terminated the call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Got a call from a lady speaking with an Indian accent, claiming she needed to discuss an accident I supposedly had. I just ended the call right away. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.

Just got a call from this number, sounded like some bloke from a call centre, speaking in an Asian accent or summat, then the call just cut off all of a sudden.

Got a call today, 28th Sept 2016, around half past three in the afternoon. We normally get some calls from numbers we don’t know, so I usually let them go straight to voicemail 1571. When I checked, no one left any message though!! Pretty sure this is the second time it has happened to us. Watch out for this!

Got a call from some bloke with an accent, claiming he worked for an accident firm and said someone had rung him using my number about an accident. I told him none of that was right, and he just cut off.

Got a call from an Indian voice that wouldn’t stop chatting even after I asked who they were several times. Didn’t seem like they wanted to say who they really were.

Yet another dubious call claiming to be from the so-called specialists at Microsoft or BT, or some such entity, insisting on prying into our computer particulars. Honestly, we've been inundated with these scam calls-I'm certain it's been well over fifty in the last few years alone! It's quite amusing how they seem oblivious to the fact that we're well aware of their tricks.

Got a call from this number, some Asian bloke saying he was from an accident assistance service, kept pausing loads. I told him I wasn’t in any accident and asked him to remove my number. He went, “But how will I get in touch with you?” I said he didn’t have to. Next thing, he starts saying weird stuff like “I love you… I wanna f*** you…” repeatedly. Then he kept asking if I was ready. My husband, overhearing, asked what on earth he meant, and the guy just hung up. Proper odd!

The person had a foreign accent, maybe Indian or African. They said they'd been in an accident, but when I asked what company they were representing, they just hung up. Definitely sounds like a scam to me. I tried ringing back just for a laugh, but it was either busy or no answer. Total dodgy call!

Got a call from this number today, 30th of August. At first, there was silence, then some bloke with an Asian accent started telling me I’d been in a car crash recently. I said no way, I haven’t. Apparently, some third party had passed on this info saying I’d had an accident in the past couple years. I kept telling him he must be getting it wrong because I definitely haven’t been in any accident.

Got a ring from this number back on 29/08/2016. Didn’t know who it was so I just ignored it! After reading through the comments here, looks like it’s for sure a SCAM or some kinda FRAUD CALL.

Better to just let it go to voicemail and NOT pick up if you see this number!

I received a call from this number and the caller said they were from BT, mentioning some work that would be done over the next six months. Then they suddenly started talking about issues with my internet security. When I asked who they really were, they changed their story and said they were from Microsoft, claiming there was a problem with my Windows. The guy was a foreigner and clearly confused about which company he was representing. This is definitely a scam, stay away!

There was this guy with a heavy Indian accent who called me, said something about me being in an accident. I tried asking for details about this supposed accident, but he just hung up on me. When I tried calling back, no one picked up. Quite strange really.

This number rang me up saying they were with BT and would be doing some work for half a year. But then the person started talking about problems with my internet security. When I asked who they were again, suddenly they said they were Microsoft and that there was an issue with my Windows. The caller had some strange accent and kept changing which company they supposedly worked for. Pretty obvious this is a SCAM!!!

Got a call but they just dropped it straight away. Funny enough, I had a missed call from abroad recently - probably those Indian scammers after insurance claims. The last time one of them rang, I kept feeding him car registration numbers I’ve sold or that’re not in use anymore. Proper laugh if you’re stuck at home with nothing to do!

The guy mentioned something about my number coming from some sort of ‘accident’ firm or something like that? He was talking really fast and had a thick Indian accent, so it was tricky to catch what he was on about. When I asked if he’d got the right number, he just ignored me, and as soon as I asked if this was a cold call, he just ended the call.
