Got a call from someone saying they were from BT Openreach, claiming there was an issue with our service yesterday. They never asked for my name and I could hear what sounded like office noise in the background. It felt fishy, so I ended the call pretty quickly. Also, BT wouldn't ring from a strange number like 0208 983 4124, and we hadn’t noticed any issues with our connection the day before anyway.
