We also received a call on our end. If these folks are offering a complimentary makeover, one would expect there to be no charge involved! We quickly noticed numerous complaints regarding this matter and chose not to respond when Tanya called back shortly after!

Thrilled that we dodged the call and took a peek at this site instead. There's definitely no way we're calling them back!

Cheers for that! Our credit card company is dealing with it. We truly appreciate your assistance, Old Mother Riley! 😊

We received an eerily similar phone call and, to be honest, the chap on the other end sounded quite credible. However, as he kept insisting that the service was complimentary, he mentioned that our number had been obtained from getmeaticket.com, which apparently pocketed the cash for three tickets. The moment he uttered a charge of £45 per ticket, we promptly made our excuses and sidestepped any request for our card information. It struck me as a total scam, particularly since most such calls tend to come at much later hours; this one was at 4pm.

Had a call notifying us that we’d been selected for a complimentary makeover courtesy of getmeaticket.co.uk. Asked for some details to verify the offer. Quite certain it’s just a scam, though!

Had a call around 3 PM from some chap claiming we'd won a complimentary makeover for ourselves and three mates. He then casually mentioned it would cost us £45 per ticket and requested our details. Suspicious of the whole affair, we told him we were expecting new card info to be sent to us. He said he'd ring us back. The call came in earlier today, but we chose to let it ring out. Glad we looked up the number before handing over any card details over the phone!

Just had a call from this number and thought, “Who on earth could it be?” We decided to ignore it initially, but I quickly hopped on here to investigate-my go-to source for dodgy callers! After sifting through the messages, we gave the number a ring to see what it was all about, and, lo and behold, it routed us straight to the voicemail of someone named Tanya! We kindly left a message asking them to refrain from contacting us again. To be fair, we did enter a competition similar to this one just a week ago with getmeticket, so it’s all a bit suspicious!

Earlier today, a lady contacted us and managed to deduct £135 from our account, although we had only given the go-ahead for a payment of £45. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we might recover the excess? We made the payment using a credit card. You can reach me at [email protected]. Thanks!

I received a call from this number at about 6 in the evening. I didn't manage to get very deep into the conversation. The chap mentioned he'd be calling us again shortly. I'm quite pleased we decided to look this up now!

We received a call from these folks as well, claiming they were offering a complimentary makeover. Oddly enough, there was no charge whatsoever! Almost instantly, we noticed a slew of complaints about this, and we chose not to respond when Tanya called us once more!

I received a call claiming that we’ve been awarded a complimentary makeover with getmeaticket.co.uk. However, they asked for our credit or debit card information. It’s clear now that this was nothing but a scam.

I highly recommend that you get in touch with your credit card provider without delay and lay out your predicament. It's not uncommon for the first person you speak to at the call centre to give you the impression there’s no way forward. Don’t be disheartened by that; it’s simply not true. Be tenacious! There’s definitely a more experienced representative who can help you sort this issue out when you finally connect with the appropriate person.

We've received calls from these individuals too, and to be honest, we were quite put off by the idea of forking out £45 upfront and then having to hand over our card information afterwards. As a result, we decided to walk away from it all. But really, what was the deal with that studio in the first place?

I received a call claiming I’d won a complimentary makeover from getmeaticket.co.uk. They then asked for my credit or debit card information. It didn't take long for me to realise this was all a scam.

I received a call from this number claiming I’d won a splendid makeover. However, they wanted me to cough up £45 in advance, which seemed rather suspicious! Has anyone else come across this as a scam? I tried calling them back to gather more details and figure out how they intended to send the information, but I’ve had no luck getting anyone to answer the phone!

We've received the very same phone call, but the individual refused to share their address with us. They mentioned they would ring us back on Friday. As police officers, we intend to gather as much information from them as we can and escalate it to our superiors. This feels unmistakably like a scam.

We recently received a call from someone named Tanya, representing Skyline, and it left us rather puzzled. They claimed we had won a prize, but then insisted on a £45 refundable deposit. It felt a bit nonsensical, to be honest! The whole conversation was filled with rather vague explanations. We certainly didn’t share any card details with them. To top it all off, they mentioned that our entry into a competition came from either a prize draw or a link we supposedly clicked on Facebook. However, we can't recall doing anything of the sort! I'm quite curious about how they even got hold of our mobile number in the first place.

We received a missed call from this number and didn’t have a clue who it belonged to. Thankfully, we decided to look it up on this site. The call came through around 7 in the evening. We couldn't quite determine what it was regarding. When we attempted to return the call, we were greeted with a voicemail directed to someone named Tanya. Quite relieved we didn’t end up having a chat, to be honest!

We received a call from the same number, and honestly, we reckon it's a scam. The lady who calls seems to have a penchant for ringing only between 7 and 9 in the evening! If it were genuine, surely they’d reach out during the day like any normal business would. Honestly, what a plonker she is, haha!

Earlier on, we received a call that completely threw us off guard-couldn’t recall entering any competition at all! The chap on the line was really enthusiastic and painted a picture so enticing that it seemed too good to be true. But then he hit us with the surprise of a £45 deposit! We tried to explain that we didn’t have any details to hand, yet he was insistent that we needed to make an immediate decision due to high demand. He promised to ring us back later in the evening, but by the time we realised what was happening, we had already blocked the number on our end. Quite the experience, I'd say!

Received a missed call from this number and, to be honest, we’ve no idea who it belongs to. Grateful to find out more through this platform as they called around seven in the evening. The identity still eludes us! We attempted to return the call, but all we got was Tanya's voicemail. Quite relieved we didn't engage in conversation!
