Got a call saying it was about a fraud claim, but it was clear it was just some automated voice, not a real person talking. Totally felt like one of them computer-generated calls.

Somebody rang me pretending to be from the fraud team saying my computer was hacked. He never proved who he was but claimed to have my computer ID. It felt dodgy especially when he told me to hit the Windows key and R. I ended the call but then he rang again right away from a different number, 020762494625. Clearly a scam attempt.

Told me to hit the Windows key plus R, which seemed dodgy. I just hung up, and then he called back straight away from a different number, 020762494625. Totally a scam, no doubt about it.

I answered but no one spoke, then they just ended the call. Blocked the number straight away.

Some bloke rang me up sayin my washing machine warranty was about to expire today. He tried getting me to go over the updated terms and renew it right then and there on the phone. He claimed he couldn’t send anything in the post, but promised to email the info instead. Well, it’s been ages and I’m still waiting for that email!
