Got a call from a woman who said her name was Christine and that she was calling from B.T. Open Reach. She said it was about some complaints regarding our internet, which honestly is awful. I didn’t really carry on with the chat though, because I wasn’t sure B.T. would still have staff in India taking calls given all the complaints about people struggling to understand them. Felt a bit fishy to be honest.
