I had a conversation with a bloke who purported to be from Virgin Media. As soon as I mentioned that I might have to ring back later because I was tied up, he promptly ended the call. Because of this, I suspect that this number might be a scam. Just thought I’d share that in case it proves useful to anyone.

i usually dont pick up if the number isnt familiar, so no idea who this might be. if they really wanted to get hold of me, they’d probably leave a voicemail, but nope, nothing at all.
