I picked up the phone but there was silence on the other end, then it hung up after a bit. Not going to bother ringing back, feels like some sort of scam to me.

Picked up the call but there was dead silence for a few seconds, then it just hung up. My phone app had already marked the number as "possible scam" before I even picked up, so I wasn’t surprised it was either a silent call or one of those annoying sales calls.
