Initially, there was just silence on the line, and I had to say “hello” three times before the caller finally responded. A chap named “Josh” claimed he was reaching out to help me reclaim some money from landlords without any costs involved. As soon as I realised what was happening, I ended the call straight away since I’m the owner of my own property. Utter scam, if you ask me!
