I figured out he was trying to scam me because he said his name was Jordan but had a thick South Asian accent, which didn’t match at all. He started asking a lot about my phone, so I just pretended to go along with it. When he saw I wasn’t handing over any details, he just hung up. They claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse when they rang me. I asked where they got my number from and they said they were my network provider, which is totally untrue. When I told them to take me off their call list, the woman just laughed. I said I was going to report them, and I actually did. After that, she called me “a very sick woman.” Really rude!
