Today, I received a call from a chap named "Jordan," who had quite the pronounced Asian accent. He seemed to be pushing some kind of phone deal or other, but I can't shake the feeling that this fellow is merely a con artist. I highly doubt he's ever even sold a phone; it reeks of a scam.

I told them loads of times to take me off their list and stop ringing, but they just ignore me. They just switch their number and start calling over again! So annoying.

It dawned on me that I was dealing with a con artist when he introduced himself as Jordan but had a distinct South Asian twang to his voice. He then pried into details about my phone, so I decided to humour him a bit. However, as soon as he realised I wasn’t budging on sharing any info, he abruptly hung up. I attempted to return his call, but it seems the line's gone dead.

I just let it ring and didn’t pick up. No voicemail or anything, so I’m guessing it’s some kind of spam call or unknown number.

Claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse. When I inquired about how they obtained my number, they asserted they were my network provider-definitely not the case! Upon requesting to have my number taken off their call list, the woman laughed at me. I mentioned I’d be lodging a complaint, to which she cheekily referred to me as “a very ill mother.”

There was about 10 seconds of quiet, then suddenly a really loud noise and then they just hung up on me.

I received a phone call from someone claiming to represent a "Warehouse Company." Given the frequency of scam calls I’ve been getting from numbers that are rather similar, I’ve no doubt this is another attempt to pull a fast one. Definitely a scam!
