I recently accessed my O2 account to sort out some phone upgrades and plans. Oddly enough, I received another call from the number 020 8954 4647. I would advise caution; just because they claim to be O2 and hint at giving you a loyalty discount on your bills doesn’t mean it’s genuine. They clearly have visibility on your current charges, so tread carefully and don’t be lured in easily!

AVOID THIS TRASH! Received a call claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse. I told them I wasn't interested as I already have a phone. There was a long pause, so I mentioned I couldn't hear them, and then they repeated hello. I asked if there was anything I could assist with, and the response was, “Yeah, you can shove off!” I just said, "Fair enough, you too!" and promptly ended the call.
