This week I've had loads of calls coming through from a London phone number. A few times my phone flagged them as potential spam, so I just ignored the calls. When I checked here, I saw that a few folks have marked those numbers as scam or spam too.

On 15th Feb around 4.11pm, I got a call from 02089544147, then again at 4.34pm from 02045175215. The next day, 16th Feb, 11.32am brought a ring from 02089544908, followed by 02045175122 at 12.30pm. Later at 12.44pm, 02089544698 called me, and again at 2.47pm, 02089544421 popped up. On 17th Feb, I also missed calls from 02045203524 at 10.42am and 02045175203 nearly an hour later at 11.40am. I chose not to return any of the calls.

They were calling trying to push a mobile plan on me. Once I said ‘no thanks’, they quickly switched to a different pitch. Seems like all they want is your personal info. Best to just ignore and block them.

some bloke rang me, called me 'sir' ootta nowhere, then just blocked his number. when i said i don’t sound like a bloke, he reckoned i do. ended the call right after that. weird one.
