I rang this number again and discovered it belongs to a woman whose line has been duplicated. She mentioned she’s been inundated with calls for over a year now. She was incredibly kind and I truly felt for her situation! She asked me to ensure this number gets blocked as she assured me she won't be reaching out to anyone!

I attempted to return the call but received no response.

Received a call at half-past nine this morning on the 9th of February, 2022. A bloke answered with a quick "hello" and then abruptly disconnected. I'm ex-directory, so it's baffling how they got hold of my number! We hardly ever use our landline these days, relying mostly on our mobiles. As a result, when that phone rings, we can only assume it’s another scam attempt.
