I received a call from someone claiming to sell me the latest Apple phone. The sound quality was exceptionally poor, and I could hear a cacophony of noise in the background, making it quite evident that he was likely calling from a scam call centre, probably located somewhere in London. What a bunch of losers. His speech was mumbled, so I requested him to repeat himself. Strangely, he didn’t seem to care; he just exclaimed "Oh my god!" before abruptly ending the call. What a clown - clearly, he's not winning over anyone with this kind of nonsense!

I received a call from someone with an Indian accent purporting to be from Carphone Warehouse. He tried to tempt me with the newest Apple phone for a mere £30 a month. I decided to play along for a while, claiming I was shelling out a fortune each month and had twenty devices in my possession, which he didn’t even bat an eyelid at! Eventually, he mentioned he'd dispatch it via courier, and I straight-up told him I had my suspicions about his legitimacy. He provided a London postcode for his so-called office, which I dismissed as meaningless. I told him that the offer seemed far too good to be true and expressed my concerns about potential scams, mentioning I'd had enough of dodgy calls. I made it clear that if I wanted a phone, I’d go through a proper dealer. And then he hung up! Best to steer clear, folks!
