I received a call informing me that I could get an upgrade to the iPhone 14 for £30 a month, and the bloke claimed to be from EE. Strangely enough, he couldn't provide any details regarding my account and didn’t bother to verify my identity with any security questions. The background noise was quite chaotic; it felt rather dodgy to say the least! In the end, he just cut me off.
