somebody called saying they were from a phone company trying to sell me a new iphone deal. I said i wasnt interested and just ended the call.

Had a female caller ring me up with a thick Indian accent, claiming to be from O2, trying to sell me a deal that would supposedly slash my mobile bill by 40%. It was patently clear she was just reciting a script and was quite evasive when I posed any questions. I decided to end the call. This was the fifth time I’ve been pestered in just two days! I've now blocked the number.
