I got a call from someone claiming to be “Eleanor” at Virgin Media, saying there was an issue with my broadband speed from some error messages they spotted. I told them I’d have a look and after a bit, told them it was all working okay. They just ended the call after that. Seems like a scam to me, though they might’ve faked the number or something.
