I've been inundated with calls from this number, and they keep asking for me by name. I always refrain from confirming my identity, especially given the recent spate of dodgy calls I've been receiving due to my account details being compromised, which includes my landline, mobile, and email. If this number were above board, I’d expect it to pop up on a Google search for any business or organisation.

This chap phoned me, claiming he was following up on a query I'd supposedly made back in 2020 about water rates for businesses through a comparison site. I was quite sure I hadn’t initiated any such enquiry and expressed that I wasn’t keen on engaging. To my surprise, he seemed baffled by my lack of interest in saving a few quid and then just abruptly hung up on me! Quite rude, if you ask me.

Seems like a scam for sure, given how constantly they kept calling at odd hours.
