Some dodgy call telling me I was in trouble with the tax people, said I needed to cough up straight away or they'd come after me with the cops. Couldn't believe it!

I received a rather dodgy call from a woman claiming to be affiliated with HMRC, insisting that I owed them some tax money. When I probed her about her identity and which department she represented, her tone shifted dramatically; she became quite aggressive, threatening me with arrest. I responded calmly, suggesting she could go ahead and alert the police, as I would be more than happy to wait for their arrival. At that point, she resorted to some colourful language before abruptly disconnecting. Quite a strange encounter, to say the least!
