020 8938 6645 Got a call claiming to be from the VISA card team, saying there’s a £500 charge from either Google or Amazon on my card. They told me to press 1 if it wasn’t me or 2 to confirm the purchase. Two big red flags here - they never mentioned which bank VISA works with, and they weren’t even sure if it was Google or Amazon! Definitely a SCAM!!

Got a call this morning from some fake bank security lady, saying there were two payments on my card to Amazon. These scam calls have become nonstop, always from different numbers, so even when I block one, another pops up quick. Total rubbish - steer clear!

On the 12th of October, 2023, at around 1:12 pm, I got a call from this number. It was an automated voice claiming to be from "Bank Security," telling me there were a couple of strange charges on my card - one from Amazon and another from some "international money exchange." The message then asked me to enter a digit if I wanted to "cancel" those transactions.

Got a voicemail saying £500 was withdrawn from my account. I cut the call off before it finished. Pretty sure it was just another scam.

Got a recorded voice saying some money was withdrawn from my bank for stuff on Amazon and eBay. Obviously one of those scam calls trying to mess with my bank details. I just ended the call straight away.

I got a call from this number and it was one of those dodgy prerecorded messages trying to freak me out about some bank fraud. Don’t bother answering, just hang up straight away. They want you to ring a number so they can “assist” you, but it’s all a scam.
