I got a call from a woman with a really heavy accent claiming she was from BT, saying there was an issue with my internet router. She then asked if I knew my internet speed, like she thought I’d just admit I was clueless about tech. I gave her the details anyway, and she just said “Oh” before cutting off the call. Honestly, I found it quite amusing. Unless you like trying to make sense of unclear English or fancy having a bit of fun pretending, I’d avoid chatting to anyone from this number.
