When I told them no, suddenly they began chatting about the new covid strain like it was some kind of normal conversation. Felt a bit dodgy to be honest.6 yearsGot a call from some place claiming to be ‘home insurance’, trying to get me to renew my white goods insurance and ‘save money’. I said I’m already with another provider and they just ended the call straight away!6 yearsGot a call bright and early, which immediately made me wary. Never trust those early morning ringers, seems dodgy to me!6 yearsJust got another annoying call from some idiot, but thanks to my B.T. call protect it’s straight to block now. The caller ID looked like it was from Greater London, but I reckon it’s really an overseas number trying to trick you. If you get a call from that number, don’t pick up or you might end up redirected to some expensive international premium rate line without realising it, which could charge you over £4 a minute plus extra connection fees.
