Got a call on 5th September 2026 at 11:40am. A woman with a strong accent said she was from BT, claiming there was something wrong with my internet. She asked if I was the main account holder. I asked her why and she told me they needed to turn my internet off. When I asked for an explanation, she just kept repeating they wanted to disconnect me. I asked again why and then she suddenly insulted me before hanging up. Really bizarre experience!
