When I told them I didn’t own a computer (which I do), they somehow still knew I had a device registered and even mentioned my home address. They then offered me a contact number to call back. You could tell it was a big call centre by the noise and voices in the background. I told them to send any important info by letter rather than phone and quickly ended the call.
