Wasn’t sure who it was as they didn’t leave any voicemail. Checked this site out - turns out I’m not a BT internet customer, definitely not paying their crazy fees! Reported it both to BT and the TPS. Blocked the number but I bet they’ll just ring again from some new random number. What a pain!

I got a call from 0208 888 9482, and a lady said she was with BT, claiming that others were using my internet. I told her I'd ring her back, but I haven't done that yet. I'm planning to ring BT on a different number first to check if it’s legit.
