I received an unexpected phone call from an overseas call centre, claiming to represent Virgin. However, the whole thing felt rather dodgy. This chap was going on about an issue with my router and asked me to describe the colour of the light on it. Quite suspect, if you ask me!

I got a call from what sounded like some foreign call centre saying they were Virgin Media. They asked what colour the light on my router was to see if everything was alright. Then they wanted to know about the phones and laptops we have, even told me to turn on my laptop. I got suspicious and ended the call before it went any further. Not sure if it was legit or just a scam.
