I came across some information on a different site suggesting that this might be a scam. Apparently, they're pretending to be associated with TalkTalk. Best to disregard that number completely!

Qgain has mentioned that she was with Speak Speak. We seem to receive their calls a couple of times weekly! Just tell them to bog off and block the number.
