I've been inundated with a barrage of unsolicited calls from this particular number.

Just received a call from a chap with a rather unusual accent, purporting to be from Microsoft. He rang me about an hour back, insisting he needed to discuss issues regarding my computer. He went on about how it was supposedly riddled with various viruses. Quite the bold claim if you ask me!

Today, 1st August 2023, I got a call on my landline from 02088886939. Some bloke with a funny accent claimed to be from Microsoft and wanted to chat about my computer. I told him I don’t own one and mentioned I’m on the do not call list. After that, I’ve blocked the number. Seems like one of those dodgy scams to me.
