Quite annoying really.10 yearsI encountered a rather courteous gentleman one day, followed by an equally genteel lady the next. They were both quite insistent in their mission. Claiming to represent TalkTalk, they insisted they had detected numerous issues with my internet connection. The irony is, I hadn't experienced any! On their second call, I decided to play along, curious about where this would lead. Interestingly, they had my name, address, and postcode-albeit linked to my former surname! They had an answer for every query I posed regarding their unfamiliarity with my current details, and why they couldn’t identify my email address. Unbelievably, they wanted me to divulge particulars about my computer… as if that was going to happen! I've since reported the number to TalkTalk.TalkTalk10 yearsRang me at the crack of dawn, around 8 o'clock, asking for Mr or Mrs. The Talk Talk account is under Mrs. I let him prattle on, but then realised it was a scam. When I called him out, saying I'd be reporting him to the police, he nonchalantly replied I could do so, claiming to be a 'genuine' caller. What a cheek! He was quite relentless, insisting he worked for Talk Talk.
