Somebody rang me claiming it was about the Three and EE merger and tried to push mobile phone deals on me. I'm pretty sure it was a scam.

Got a call from a bloke saying my BT/EE SIM was getting an upgrade due to connection issues. Then he put me through to another person who told me my SIM would be cut off soon and asked for my email so they could send out a replacement. Popped into the local EE store and they told me no official rep would ever ask for an email like that and they hadn’t heard anything about this supposed upgrade. Felt a bit dodgy to me.
