I received a call from someone claiming to be from Openreach. When I informed him that I'm not a BT customer, he dismissed what I said as nonsense! Quite taken aback, I ended up hanging up on him. He introduced himself as Kevin and sounded like he might be from an Asian background. Has anyone else experienced a similar nuisance?
