THE CALL I GOT, SAYING IT WAS FROM 'BT', WAS DEFINITELY NOT FROM THEM! THEY WERE CLAIMING MY INTERNET WOULD BE DISCONNECTED TOMORROW DUE TO REPAIRS, WHICH WASN'T RIGHT AT ALL. WHEN I HIT '1', I ENDED UP TALKING TO SOMEONE WHO PLEADED WITH ME NOT TO REPORT HER OR SHE'D LOSE HER JOB. REALLY?! BT NEEDS TO STOP SHARING OUR PRIVATE PHONE NUMBERS WITH THESE OTHER FIRMS. THAT'S IT!
