Received a call today from a gentleman with a strong Indian accent named Henry, who asserted he was representing Virgin Media. As I’m already a Virgin Media customer, I'm well aware that they utilise call centres based in India. To verify his identity, I requested he provide my account number, but as soon as I mentioned this, he promptly disconnected the line. I'm convinced this was a dodgy call from a scam operation.
