6 yearsI got a call on 1st August around 4.50pm from someone reminding me to renew my insurance for my washing machine after I gave my name. They then asked for my bank sort code and account number. I told them they should already have those details, but they said something about not keeping it because of data protection rules. When I asked them to send me a letter with the renewal cost and details about the washing machine, they started trying to talk over me, probably trying to pressure me. When they realised they couldn't push me, they just ended the call.6 yearsI picked up, paused for a moment, then the voice said, "Sorry, the person you’re trying to reach isn’t available."6 yearsI called to ask why my washing machine isn’t working and ended up talking to a woman who already had my address.
