For the past month, it seems we've been inundated with calls from a firm called OPTIMA, based in Southall, Middlesex, and they don’t seem to mind the time of day when they ring us, as it's been a daily occurrence. We’re utterly baffled as to how they even got hold of our mobile number! This company is involved in telemarketing and magazine sales, and after courteously asking them multiple times to remove our details from their records, the incessant calls have yet to stop. We placed another call to them today to reiterate our request to cease all communication and even cautioned them that we’ve lodged a complaint with OFCOM, who are currently investigating the matter. Quite the hassle, I must say!

Good grief, these people just won’t let up with their incessant calls while I’m trying to get my work done! It’s nothing but missed calls from them, and every time I try to ring back it's some dratted magazine subscription service. It's beyond frustrating! I’ve practically lost count of how many times they’ve tried to reach me-around 40 times at least. You’d think they’d understand that not everyone is available during working hours and, quite frankly, I have no interest in whatever they're peddling. Their customer service is an absolute shambles, and I’ve never once managed to speak to someone who actually seems to care. Can anyone suggest a way to put an end to these calls once and for all?

Honestly, it’s really getting on my nerves! We keep getting these incessant missed calls from some lot during work hours, and when we finally manage to ring them back, it turns out to be some magazine subscription racket. It’s beyond frustrating! They’ve bombarded us with, what, forty missed calls? Don’t these muppets understand some of us are actually busy with jobs rather than being interested in their nonsense? Plus, their customer service is utterly diabolical-can’t even get a straight answer from them when we try to sort it out. Anyone come up with a decent way to put an end to these calls? I’ve had it up to here!
